Issuance and Redemption Fees

When transacting dShares, users are charged an order fee for each buy/sell. The total cost for these fees are determined based on the calculation below.

USDT Conversion Fee
When processing fees using USDT, a fee is automatically applied to cover the conversion costs for USDT at market rate.

Dividends

All dShares are eligible to receive dividends if the underlying asset issues them. Dinari charges a standard dividend Fee of 5% for these dividends.

Unwrapped dShares receive dividends in the form of USD+.
USD+ is Dinari's asset-backed yield-bearing stablecoin. USD+ is 1:1 swappable for USDC at usd.dinari.com.

Dividend fees and expected network fees are taken before distribution. If the network fee exceeds the dividend amount, then the dividend will not be issued.

Partner API Fees

Dinari's API is offered across multiple business tiers with prices starting at $2,000/month. Each tier bundles ongoing support, regulatory support, and go-to-market (GTM) support, and is priced with a one-time setup fee plus a recurring monthly fee. All tiers include free sandbox access so you can build and test before going live.

Partner OTC Fees

We offer OTC Trading to partners with orders over $25,000 at a fee of 10 bps in USDC. USDT orders carry the same 10 bps fee, plus an additional USDT→USDC conversion fee which is priced at market rate. Contact Dinari directly to inquire about placing an OTC Order.
