Holders of any dShare token backed by a dividend-issuing security receives dividends.

Qualification

To be eligible for receiving dividends, the following is required:

dShare token must be held in the wallet at 4AM ET on the ex-dividend date
Wallet must be registered with an account
Account must be registered with an entity
Entity must be qualified with a valid KYC
Distribution amount must be at least $0.10 USD

Distribution

Once the fiat payment is confirmed, distribution process occurs shortly after. The amount distributed per holder is calculated then accordingly distributed in different forms that is dependent on how the dShares are held:
