Creates a new User KYC check for a specified wallet address from the data submitted via a partner KYC.
Note: KYC for users from
unsupported countries or regions can be submitted but will result a failed KYC status. Trading will not be
allowed for these users with exception for developers specified in a whitelist. To request whitelisting of
KYC'ed developer users, please contact Dinari support.
You can also register a developer wallet under "User Wallet" on the Partners Dashboard Company Settings page
if it has not been KYC'ed yet.
